In case of a booking cancellation, an quivalent of the suffered loss will be charged by the Organizing Committee, as itemized below.
The amount of a cancellation fee will be calculated as a percent of the accommodation package fee according to the following period of notice given:
70% refund if cancelled before 19.03.2025
50% refund if cancelled 07.04.2025
After 30.04.2025 no refund
